Since 1964, the Pennington family has been providing folks in Mississippi and beyond with the finest, all-natural Mississippi wildflower honey. Honey is a unique food in that its color and flavor varies by region. Our rich amber-color honey is the result of the distinct combination of gathered nectars from the various native flowering plants that thrive in central Mississippi where our hives reside and our bees forage. Raw honey is a delicious and healthy sweetener, great in recipes, and highly sought by health conscious consumers. Incredibly, it is estimated that bees must collectively tap around two million flowers and fly 55,000 miles to produce just one pound of honey. We think you’ll appreciate the delicious taste of their great efforts!
